Purchase of Property

It is a purchase of New / Re-Sale property such as., Ready for Occupation, Under Construction of New Flat / House or yet to be constructed, Resale of Flats, Individual Houses, Villas, we will co - ordinate the customer to fulfill the Loan process and in clearing the Legal and Techinical Valuation process to check the parent documents are in order which is required by bank and it will be more helpful to the customers in their busy schedule.

Self Construction

It is Land + Construction of the property, and the said property will be funded by bank for Land and after that when the construction work the payment will be given as per stage reaches. We will co ordinate with the customer to get the copy of parents documents for the said land to check it is approved by the concern authority who has got powers, and after the registration occurs we will educate our customers to get the detailed estimation from Licenced surveyor which is required by the bank and customer.

Land + Construction

It is Land + Construction of the property, and the said property will be funded by bank for Land and after that when the construction work the payment will be given as per stage reaches. Plot Purchase

It is Land of the property, and the said property will be funded by bank for Land and after that when the construction work the payment will be given as per stage reaches. We will co ordinate with the customer to get the copy of parents documents for the said land to check it is approved by the concern authority who has got powers.

Loan Against Property (Mortgage)

It is nothing but Loan against the existing Property, the property should be in Applicant's name or any co owners name, they have to included in loan as a co owner of the property. There are two types viz., Residential Mortgage & Commercial Mortagage. Funding for residential flats, houses, individual villas can be considered as Residential Mortgage., Funding for commercial properties like Hotels, Malls, Shops, Showrooms and any usage of commercial property can be considered as Commercial Mortgage.

Lease Rental Discounting ( LRD)

LRD is different from other Loans, we will consider the property which is getting regular monthly income for a registered period of time, it should be registered lease for a locking period with the acceptance of Lessor and Lessee. the bank will consider the loan period based on the registered lease period the EMI has to be served from Lessor's Escrow Accoount.

Home Improvement / Renovation

Home Improvement / Renovation will be done parallelly as a second loan. The Loan can be used for Renovation, Additional Works, Modular Kitchen's & First Floor Construction. It is based on the existing Loan track and based on the customer's income and repayment capacity.
